30-Day Return Policy

You can train in it before you decide. Wear it, wash it, and if you don't feel the difference, request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns on worn and washed items within that 30 days.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• returned within 30 days of delivery;
• washed, following the care instructions on the label;
• returned with the original tags and packaging if you still have them.

If your item tears, comes apart at the seams or otherwise fails during normal training, that is a fault, not a failed return. It is covered, and it is not limited to 30 days. See Faulty or Incorrect Items below.

We may refuse a return where an item has been deliberately altered or damaged outside normal use, for example cut, dyed or resized.

How Returns Work

To start a return, please email us at hello@naturalselectionfightwear.com.au

Please include:

• your order number;
• the item you would like to return;
• the reason for your return;
• whether you would prefer a refund or exchange, where available.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your first size exchange within Australia is free both ways. We pay to get the original back to us, and we pay to send your new size out. Any further exchange on the same order is at your cost.

Size exchanges outside Australia are at your cost, both ways. You pay to send the original back, and you pay the shipping on the replacement. Any import duties on the replacement parcel are also yours. If that does not suit, we are happy to refund instead once the original is back with us.

This applies to size changes only. If an item is faulty, we cover it wherever you are.

Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.

International Returns

This policy applies to international orders. For returns and exchanges sent from outside Australia:

• you are responsible for return shipping costs, and for any customs duties, taxes or handling fees on the returned parcel, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect;
• please use a tracked service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit;
• please mark the parcel clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration to avoid unnecessary import charges and delays.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping regardless of your location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless the item is faulty;
• items that have been deliberately altered, cut, dyed or resized;
• items returned unwashed;
• items marked as final sale;
• gift cards.

Damage that happens during normal training is not covered by this list. That is handled under Faulty or Incorrect Items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item, or believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@naturalselectionfightwear.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law.
